Bridge Engineer【Vietnamese Speaking】

Responsibilities:

As a Bridge Engineer, you will be required to provide directions to engineers based in Vietnam, as well as coordinating back with the project team in the Japan office. You will also be responsible for ensuring project operations are running smoothly.

• ブリッジエンジニアとして、現地エンジニアへ開発ディレクション。
• 日本オフィスのプロジェクトチームと仕様をすり合わせ、ベトナムにあるTechnologicalのエンジニア。
• Technologicalのリソース管理や、開発ディレクションも非常に円滑に回しております。

Requirements:

• Business level Japanese
• Team Lead Experience
• Experience in writing technical specifications and documentation
• Has previous developer experience

Good to have:

• Having a strong interest in Finance and Fintech
• Experience in managing offshore teams, system planning and management
