Responsibilities:
- Drive business in partnership with sales, finance, and operations
- Ensure smooth outbound operations with 3PL
- Efficiently manage warehouse and storage space with 3PL
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and 3PL to build automation systems
- Ensure smooth system functioning with HQ IT team
- Control shipping schedules for timely inbound deliveries to 3PL
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain
- Experience in supply planning
- Knowledge of Oracle and WMS is ideal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite is ideal
- Native level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
