  • Our client is a global medical healthcare company with double digits growth in the last 5 years. They are looking for Finance Business Partner who can continue to drive the expansion their business in Japan.

  The Role

  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in revenue and expenses.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making on business initiatives, investments, and cost management.
  • Participate in long-term financial planning and scenario modeling to support growth strategies.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency within healthcare services.
  • Work with operational teams to implement cost-control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

  Your Skills

  • Minimum 10 years experience in FP&A or finance business partnering related roles
  • Native Japanese and business level English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • People management experience is a plus

  Tokyo

  Salary

  15 - 20 million yen
