国際物流カスタマーサービスオペレーション業務をお任せします。入社後1週間程度の座学でまずは基礎的な部分を学んだ後、2～3週間にわたり周囲の先輩社員とともに業務を習得、実施して頂きます。
お客様や海外拠点、船会社・航空会社とコミュニケーションをとりながら、輸送ルートや配送料金、運送会社や書類に関する手続きなど、貨物輸送に必要なコーディネーションを行っていただきます。
※海外拠点との英語のやりとりが発生します。
【業務詳細】
- 航空、海上、チャーター便などによる貨物の取り扱い（重量貨物、特大貨物含む）について、適切かつ関連性のある手配を行う。
- 社内システムへのデータ入力・プロジェクト進捗のアップデート。
- 輸出入申告、通関、MES申告を含む関連書類を正確かつタイムリーに作成する。
- スポット見積書、入札書類用データを作成し、営業チームの支援を行う。
- トラック輸送、倉庫保管サービス、貨物調査など、現地サービスに関するすべての業務と管理。
- 週次フォワーディング・サブ台帳（FSL）の作成。
- 変更の範囲：その他会社が定める業務

- 論理的な思考が出来、能率的な業務遂行が出来る方
