Job Description
■業務内容：
- 事業会社のIT・デジタル部門社員として、NWインフラの企画・構築および維持管理に従事していただきます。
業務例:
- ビジネスモデルの変化に合わせたNWインフラの企画・構築
- オンプレミス、クラウド環境のNWインフラの運用、管理
- 障害発生時の復旧対応、問題管理
- システム開発におけるネットワーク面からの技術サポート
- NWインフラプロジェクト対応
【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
■選考フロー：
書類選考→面接（2～3回）
※面接はオンラインまたは対面で行います。
■賞与：
年3回（6月・12月・3月）※2022年度実績
■給与補足：
経験・能力を考慮の上、会社規定により決定します。 ※時間外手当あり

Required Skills
必須条件：
- NWに関する基礎的な知識
- ITインフラ分野での構築もしくは運用管理経験
- ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
- NWに関する体系だった知識（学部専攻、応用情報取得、CCNA・CCNP取得など）
- NW機器（Catalyst／Nexus／ISR／A10／BIG-IP／Meraki／Infoblox）の構築もしくは運用経験
- NWセキュリティ機器（Firewall／IDS／IPS）の構築もしくは運用経験
- 受動的に待つだけでなく、自らチームや同社に対して「バリュー（Value)」を追加し、積極的に物事を考え遂行できる方。
- コミュニケーション力が高く、チームでバリューを高めあいながら成果を出すことに意欲的な方
- 新しい転職先で「何をしたい」と具体的な目標を持ち、また積極的に新しいことを習得し、向上心がある方。
- 事業会社のIT部門社員としてビジネスモデルの変化をいち早くキャッチしあるべきITインフラの姿を提案できる方。
