Job Description
■業務内容：
本社IT部門と連携し、現場に近い事業部の中で各種システムの内外作・導入・改善・ユーザ支援と効果確認を担当いただきます。
- サプライチェーン管理システムの企画、導入、改善、ユーザ支援
- 既存の生産管理、計画システムの企画、導入、改善、ユーザ支援
- 業務改善用マクロやWebアプリによる業務改善（内製）
■選考フロー：
（1）書類選考 （2）Webテスト：Web面接前2種類、最終面接前1種類 （3）面接：1次面接（部門長および部門担当との対面orWeb面接）→最終面接（役員との対面面接）
■給与補足：
給与は経験・能力等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします。

- システム開発経験（業界不問）
- 生産管理システムの開発経験

- システム開発系企業、もしくは自動車部品系企業での業務経験
- サプライチェーン管理による在庫削減に関する知識
- システム関係知識（データベース、ネットワーク、サーバー、セキュリティ、アプリ設計、プログラミング 等）
- 生産管理に関する基礎知識（トヨタ生産方式 など）
- 応用情報技術者をお持ちの方
