Job Description
■業務内容：
- 事業の拡大に向けて、データを核としたサービス創出、モノづくりを革新するデジタル工場化、デジタル技術活用による各種業務プロセスの刷新等を全社で進めています。その中で同社のDX推進に向けて、データ活用戦略の立案、データ活用テーマの企画・推進を担って頂きます。
- データ活用テーマの推進リーダーとして、チームメンバーを先導し、また社内各部門と密に連携しながら、課題発見、要件定義、システム構築、社会実装までを一貫して行っていただくことがミッションとなります。
■選考フロー：
書類選考→1次面談（個人面談1～2回）→適性テスト→2次面談（部門責任者＋人事部長）→内定→採用
■給与補足：
給与詳細は、年齢、経験を考慮の上、決定します。
■昇給：
年1回（4月）
■賞与：
年2回（6月、12月）

Required Skills
必須条件：
- SIerやメーカー等でDX推進の上流～下流までのご経験のある方（5年以上）
- クラウドサービスおよびモダンなソフトウェアを利用したシステム開発プロジェクトの推進経験がある方（5年以上）
- PM、PMO、PLのなどのご経験があり、体系的な知識に基づいたプロジェクト管理を行える方（3年以上）
