2024年3月、神奈川県川崎市で開校予定のGWO（Global Wind Organisation）に準拠したトレーニングセンターにおいて、GWO基本安全訓練のトレーナーとして従事していただきます。
入社後3ヵ月ほど、提携先であるデンマーク・MAERSK社（世界最大級の海運業者）に研修に行っていただき、 GWO 訓練を修了していただきますので入社時の経験は不問です。
【GWO 基本安全訓練の内容】
（1）高所作業 Working at Heights
（2）マニュアル・ハンドリング Manual Handling
（3）応急処置 First Aid
（4）防火と消火 Fire Awareness
（5）シーサバイバル Sea Survival
