■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
In collaboration with the visual design team planning team and external partners we are shaping the future of mobility by designing groundbreaking interaction design with the motive of turning cars into digital gadgets.

■Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Design of Interaction Design for In Vehicle Application Software

Tools and Methodologies:
・Design Tools: Figma
・Development Methodologies: Adapt to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
・Communication Tools: Teams （or Slack）.
・Project Management Tools: JIRA and Confluence

・量産製品におけるインタラクションデザイン担当経験
・モビリティ業界の経験は不問だが、自動車を日常使いしていることが望ましい。
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力

・グローバルセットアッププロジェクト参画経験

■語学力
＜必須＞TOEIC700点以上
（または現在TOEIC600点以上だが入社後にTOEIC700点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方）
＜尚可＞TOEIC800点以上

■Required skills / experience
・Proven experience in interaction design for mass produced products.
・Experience in the mobility industry is not required but familiarity with everyday car usage is preferred.
・Proficient English communication skills.

■Preferred skills / experience
・Experience in global setup projects.

■Language Skills
Required:
TOEIC 700 or higher （or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 600 or higher but can challenge for a TOEIC score of 700 or higher after joining the company）
Desirable:
TOEIC 800 or higher
