Act as the liaison with the third party and support them for verifications of incoming invoices and travel expenses
Prepare AP and monthly journal entries in SAP using GLSU function or manually with proper supporting documentation
Prepare payments proposal using internet banking system and reconcile them in SAP
Maintain GL detail and AP detail/TB year to date by monthly and participate in month and year closing activities
Communicate with inter companies to book AP and credit notes and prepare international wire transfer
Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial and payroll information
Support accounting manager in recording all tax withholding and VAT
Assist with Internal/External Audits and tax return preparation
Other ad hoc reporting requirements

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferable from MNC and small sized company
High integrity team work spirit stable and be able to work under pressure
English communication （reading and writing）
Familiar with J GAAP US GAAP
System: SAP ECC6.0/ HANA（in 2027） Team Spirit （Salesforce） Value Door Concur （within 2024）



Self motivated discipline has ability to settle the problem independently
Ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment
Familiar with Invoice System My Number and Electronic Books Maintenance Act
SAP user level experience
Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel
