日本株・外国株パッシブ・スマートベータ運用の投資信託に関するファンドマネジメント業務
（設定解約やリバランス対応等の各種オペレーション、社内・投資家・評価機関向けディスクローズ業務など）や若手部員の指導育成業務が中心。
加えて、一部の新商品開発・リサーチ業務にも従事いただく予定。

・メンバーの育成経験
