海外の不動産ファンドへの投資を行うチームの一員として、主として以下の業務を担当
（１）顧客（投資家）のアカウント管理
（２）投資先候補ファンドのマネジャーとの面談、物件実査（海外出張あり）
（３）ファンド投資実行に係る社内外手続実施
（４）投資済みファンドのモニタリング
（５）顧客向け運用報告書作成
（６）新規顧客開拓
（７）新規商品の企画・開発
