購買物流の部門長として原料、資材、役務、製品配送等の調達全般業務を担う役職です。
・購買業務（調達、契約）等に関わる管理・監督、継続的改善
・見積書や交渉について調達先との取り決めを行う。
・新規調達先の開拓を行い、複数社購買が出来るようにする。
・海外調達・輸入ルートの開拓（資材等の海外仕入調査・評価、契約等）
・予備品倉庫、外部製品倉庫、保税倉庫を管理。
・工場から顧客への間違いのない配送手配、または状況に応じた柔軟な変更手配対応
・その他（予算管理、ＫＰＩ管理・分析・各種ＩＳＯ対応管理等）
・チームの指導、効果的かつ効率的なパフォーマンスの継続。
