・Human Resources transformation role with a strong focus on HR to Time and Payroll Integrations
・Liaison with local HR team Regional/Global stakeholder to drive the implementation initiative with external vendors.
・Responsible for end to end processes collection assessment documentation and standardization of existing processes.
・Contribute towards change management.
・Ensure processes policies and approaches are regularly refreshed in accordance with new policies or law and regulation changes.
・Continuously look for opportunities to improve utilizing skills in HR process re engineering and business change management.
・Maintain HRIS systems and provide reporting with regional HR and finance team.
・This role will be within Japan C B team as an individual contributor.
