Scope of responsibilities:
・ Driving all project related tasks to implement our SAP S4HANA template and act as functional leader for the deployment phase of SAP S4HANA rollout project for the specific rollout team in the Asia region
・ Ensuring project execution in regard to project milestones and timeline as well as defined project goals
・ Leading project team members in executing the defined project work packages and creating the associated deliverables
・ Manage risks and problems occurring within the deployment teams
・ Coordination and review of business and/or IT requirements on procedural level in the respective deployment team and plant
・ Coordination of all relevant organizational interfaces as well as exchange with the regional hub organization
・ Support the regional standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes in alignment with the global communication plan and change strategy
・ Support and coordinate regional training concepts and plans
・ Conduct regional impact analyses and manage key Stakeholders incl. proper communication and execution of committee meetings

Education and experience level:
・ University degree in technical or commercial studies or comparable
・ Profound professional experience as well as several years of experience in a functional or disciplinary leadership position
・ Experience in project management on an international level especially in large SAP programs and projects
・ Solid process experience in automotive or industrial business
・ Solid functional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules
・ Deep understanding of the underlying values of global Organization
・ Strong coordination and communication skills on various levels
・ Structured solution oriented proactive way of working as well as a confident appearance
・ Assertiveness high motivation and inspiration skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
・ Fluent in spoken and written English Japanese
・ Willingness to travel internationally within Asia
