■業績モニタリングと、予算達成の為のアクションプランの立案、実行
■全社プロジェクトへの参画（主には数値面のサポート）
■事業課題の抽出および解決
■取締役会、経営会議、部長会議等の運営サポート
※キャリアパスとしては、スキルやご経験などによって海外事業での経営計画責任者、あるいはCFO等がございます。
