マーケティング部 部長として、リード創出する為のマーケティング戦略を実行し、日本チームの成長に貢献する。チームメンバーの管理やグローバルチームとの連携が含まれます。
■Purpose of the Position
This Leader will be a key member of the Country Leadership Team and will contribute to Country growth through the development and execution of a robust Marketing Plan that generates a high volume and quality of sales ready leads. The work includes managing and developing the team to support the Plan the execution of a diverse set and large number of campaigns and working with the Global Marketing team that supports the Country.
■Key Responsibilities
Achieve lead generation revenue plans
Generate sales ready leads both from prospect existing customers by maximizing performance of each lead source (digital telemarketing service etc). and convert these leads to revenue.
Lead qualification nurturing process
Make sure all the teams of marketing sales service are following lead qualification standard process and continuously improve qualification and nurturing process
Funnel management
Co operate and support sales managers to sustain and improve funnel health (size shape progress) for equipment opportunities
Tele lead generation team management
Supervise telemarketing team in daily meeting identify target customer segment and create call list for telemarketing team organize training sessions with sales/service team
Data base management
CRM/MA data base cleansing and expansion enrichment activities with global visibility marketing automation team
Service lead generation
Co operate with service team leaders to increase equipment leads and funnel revenue from existing customers
Mid long term marketing planning
Annual marketing schedule target planning (local plan needs to align with global marketing initiatives) branding activities to increase brand awareness in Japan

5年以上のB2B産業市場/産業機器メーカーでのマーケティング経験
製品マーケティングの経験
市場インサイトと競合情報の収集の経験
顧客セグメンテーションの経験
問題解決、バリューセリング、アカウントベースマーケティングの経験
営業チームとのファネルマネジメントの経験とスキル
品質保持とナーチャリングを含むリード生成プログラムにおける実績
継続的な改善を念頭に置いた、マーケティングに対するKPI主導の定量化されたアプローチ
チームマネジメントと育成経験
テレマーケティング/インサイドセールスのマネジメント経験

優れたリーダーシップとプロジェクト管理能力
実証された商才と分析能力
プレゼンテーションスキル(ビデオジェット製品およびサービスによってお客様の問題を解決するためのプレゼンテーション資料の作成)
