Key Duties Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
・ Review approve report and engage in accounting/finance activities （daily monthly and annual）;
o Sales/Account Receivable
o Account Payable/Payment
o Fixed Assets
o Inventory
o Inter company transaction
o Salary and fringe benefit
o Treasury Cash flow/forecast and Foreign exchange control
o Banking relationship Firm Banking
o Tax （Tax return Tax planning）
o Others
・ Oversee external/internal audits SOX and internal control operations
・ Streamline and strengthen of accounting/finance process
・ Respond to National Tax Agency local tax office and Tokyo customs investigation
・ Support the company’s activity by preparing and analyzing data
・ Collaborate with management to develop schedules procedures and systems to enable the timely and informative financial reports
・ Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
・ Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
・ Set up and develop the company’s finance IT system
・ Set targets for supervise and train all accounting/ finance personnel
・ Engage in Job that is ordered by management and ad hoc project

・ More than 10 years of accounting/finance experience
・ In depth knowledge of accounting/finance
・ Outstanding communication and English skill
・ Book Keeping test （Nissho Boki） 1st grade or 2nd grade CPA/US CPA/Licensed Tax Accountant is a plus
