Job Description
■業務内容：
- デジタル活用を前提にした新たな事業創出や既存事業変革の推進
- 迅速な仮説検証サイクルの実現、及び、新規事業創出のスピードを加速させるため、企画時にはデモアプリケーションの開発等も自組織内で行います
■選考フロー：
書類選考→Web適性検査→面接３～４回程度→内定
※面接は、現場課長→採用課長→現場部門役員→人事役員を予定しています。
※選考フローは変更になる可能性がございます。

Required Skills
必須条件：
- 英語力（TOEIC LR800点以上ビジネス英語会話・コミュニケーション力があること）
- HTML, CSS, JavaScriptを始めとするフロントエンド技術に加えて、Python、Ruby、Javaなどのサーバーサイド技術の開発経験があり、フレームワークやライブラリ（例: React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, Ruby on Rails）使用経験
- RESTful APIやGraphQLなどのAPIを統合して外部サービスとの連携技術の開発経験
