Job Description
■業務内容：
- 中国・アジア地域のITインフラ・セキュリティ担当として、各国IT担当者の相対となり日々の安定運用を支えつつ、各国バラバラなIT環境の標準化をインフラストラクチャー及びセキュリティの観点から推進します。
- 中国・アジア IT統括室長及びITインフラストラクチャー/セキュリティのグローバル・ファンクション・リードへのDual report体制を想定しています。
- 中国・アジア ITインフラ/セキュリティ担当として各国IT担当者の窓口担当
- 各国IT環境の標準化に向けた戦略立案・実行、導入・推進
- グローバル・ファンクション・リードと共にグローバルITの方針策定にも携わり、中国・アジア地域に対して当該方針の説明責任を負います

Required Skills
【必須条件】
- 10年以上のサーバ・インフラ、ネットワーク、クラウド、セキュリティの経験（インフラ・セキュリティいずれかの専門性でも可。ただし上記最低限の知識は必要）
- 大規模プロジェクトにおいて要件定義フェーズからテスト移行まで一貫して携わった経験（ご自身がリード、計画を作成）
- 複数のステークホルダと密にコミュニケーションをとりながらPJをリードした経験
【歓迎条件】
- 海外グループ会社含むグローバルでのプロジェクト推進経験
- 組織運営に携わった経験あれば、尚良し
