• プロジェクトコストの管理、予算編成、財務モニタリング、報告
• プロジェクトWBSの確立または維持、ローリングフォーキャストの作成
• プロジェクトのタイムラインとそれに伴う予算・フォーキャストへの影響の報告
• 契約管理のレビューとコミットメントの追跡
• 調達活動の報告、特にコミットメントと偶発負債に焦点を当てた報告
• ベンダー管理およびキャッシュフロー管理
• パフォーマンスモニタリングと報告
• 後期プロジェクトの債務契約遵守のモニタリングと報告
• 内部および外部監査のサポート

• 報告、管理、および会計業務の管理
• 財務、会計、および管理業務を行う外部サービスプロバイダーの監督
• 現金および財務管理（予測、キャッシュフロー管理を含む）

• 日本の法人の税務コンプライアンスの確保
• プロジェクトの構造化/再構築および発生する税務問題に関する税務・法務チームとの協力

• 税務およびその他の法定提出物のコンプライアンスを確保するためのサービスプロバイダーの管理

• 発生する様々なアドホックプロジェクトの処理

• Controlling project costs, budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting
• Establishing or maintaining project WBS and rolling forecasts
• Reporting on project timelines and their budget/forecast impacts
• Reviewing contract management and tracking commitments
• Reporting procurement activities, focusing on commitments and contingent liabilities
• Managing vendors and cash flows
• Monitoring and reporting on performance
• Ensuring debt covenant compliance for later-stage projects
• Supporting internal and external audits

• Managing reporting, controlling, and accounting tasks
• Overseeing external service providers handling finance, accounting, and administration tasks
• Managing cash and treasury, including forecasting and cash flow management

• Ensuring tax compliance for Japan entities
• Collaborating with Tax and Legal teams on project structuring/restructuring and tax issues

• Managing service providers to ensure compliance with tax and statutory filings

• Handling various ad-hoc projects as they arise

教育・資格：

• 会計、経済、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号（CPA資格が望ましい）
• 再生可能エネルギー、ユーティリティ、インフラストラクチャー分野での監査、プロジェクト管理、財務管理、またはコンサルティングの6〜8年の経験

• プロジェクト関連の財務経験が必須
• ベストプラクティスの構築、複雑な問題の解決、および財務機能の成長に対する意欲
• タスクの優先順位付けと締め切りの効果的な管理能力
• 優れたチームプレイヤーであり、ステークホルダー管理スキルに優れる
• データの分析とステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションが得意

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field (CPA preferred)
• 6-8 years of experience in audit, project controlling, financial controlling, or consultancy within renewables, utilities, or infrastructure

• Experience in project-related finance is essential
• Motivated to build best practices, solve complex issues, and grow the finance function
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in analyzing data and communicating effectively with stakeholders
