Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute project financings and divestitures
• Lead solicitation, negotiation, documentation, and closing of financing structures
• Provide internal and external financial support and quantitative analysis
• Manage all aspects of assigned transactions, including due diligence and financial modelling
• Develop financial models and validate applicable inputs
• Establish and maintain relationships with local banks and providers of debt and equity capital

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or economics
• More than 5 years of power, investment banking, or project finance experience
• Experience with deal structuring, contract negotiations, and capital raising
• Prior power sector is ideal
• Familiarity with various financing and capital structures
• Understanding of basic accounting and GAAP implications
• Fluent level English and Japanese
