App Engineer (iOS/Android）

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs before release
- Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development technologies and trends
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the user experience
- Work closely with product managers and designers to bring new features and enhancements to life

　probationary period: 3 months
　 *There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

salary:6-9 million yen
　Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our 　company's regulations.
　The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for 　overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

　Monthly salary: 500,000 yen
   (Base salary of 383,000 yen - including fixed overtime of 117,000 yen or more per month)

　Salary revision: Once a year
　*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated

Work hours
　10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
　Average over time at work: 20 hours/month

Requirements
- At least 3 years of combined experience with both iOS/Android development
- 3+ years of combined experience using Java/Kotlin/Swift/Objective-C for both iOS and Android
- Experience in source control and team development using GitHub/Docker/Backlog/Slack, etc.
- Experience with App Store and Google Play Store releases and console management - Experience communicating in both English and Japanese

Preferred Experiences
- In-depth knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Android SDK
- Experience in server-side development (PHP, Java, Node.js, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud servers such as GCP/AWS
