倉庫管理のポジションになります。
・毎日の量と優先度に基づいて作業計画を作成する
・チームの生産性と能力を理解する
・進捗状況を把握し、コントロールタワーとオペレーションリーダーに報告する
・継続的なプロセス改善を推進する
・WIとSOPの作成と更新
・顧客（社内および社外）とのビジネスコミュニケーション
・過剰容量とエラーを除く品質を含む小売出荷のクリーンなSLAを達成する
・目標 UPH が達成されていない場合、オペレーション リーダーと CT リーダーに警告して復旧計画案を提供する
・SLA を逃すリスクがある場合、オペレーション リーダーと CT リーダーに警告する
・週次予測と最近の傾向に基づいて毎日のキャパシティ プランを作成する
・チーム リーダーが作成した HC プランを確認する
・チーム リーダーが作成した常勤作業員の毎日のシフト プランを承認する
・年間予測に基づいて常勤作業員と作業ステーションの数を設定する
・WI に従ってスキル シートを作成および更新する
・スキル シートに従ってチーム リソース開発の計画 / 進捗管理 / 定期監査を行う
・UPH/UPPH を収集して改善する
・CAR の作成 / 説明 / 是正措置および予防措置の実施
・NPI 計画 / 実行リーダー
・スプリング バック計画 / 実行リーダー
