Front-end Engineer / Leader Candidate

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the user interface (UI) of our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will work closely with other engineers to design, implement, and test new features, while also ensuring the usability, performance, and responsiveness of our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end systems for our travel booking platform
- Design and implement new features and enhancements
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Research and evaluate new front-end technologies

Job Type

　probationary period: 3 months
　*There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

salary:5-8 million yen
　Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our 　company's regulations.
　The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for 　overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

　Monthly salary: 416,000yen - 666,000yen
　(Base salary of 318,000yen - 510,000yen including fixed overtime of 98,000yen - 156,000yen or 　more per month)

　Salary revision: Once a year
　*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly 　evaluated.

Work hours
　10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)

Requirements
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of development experience using React or Vue.js
- Understanding/experience with state management architectures such as Flux, Redux, etc.
- Experience using CSS extension languages (Sass, Less, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with TypeScript
- Experience in team development using Git
- Experience communicating in both English and Japanese

Preferred Experiences
Additional Skills:
- Tag distribution and operation experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience in A/B testing using Google Optimize, etc.
- Experience in PHP development (API side processing)
- Knowledge/experience in SEO
- Experience in offshore development
