Global Project Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Global Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex development projects across our global organization. You will be responsible for leading and motivating cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Project management and leadership of development teams in Japan and overseas
- Negotiate with each department and other companies to achieve optimal specifications
- Development policy review and documentation
- Development code review and quality control

Job Type
　full-time employee
　probationary period: 3 months
　*There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

salary: 6-9 million yen
　Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our 　company's regulations.
　The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for 　overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

　Monthly salary: 500,000 yen - 750,000 yen
　(Base salary of 383,000yen - 574,000yen - including fixed overtime of 117,000yen - 　176,000yen or more per month)

　Salary revision: Once a year
　*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly 　evaluated.

Work hours
　10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
　Average over time at work: 20 hours/month

Requirements
- Project management or team leadership experience
- Bilingual communication skills in Japanese/English
- Experience in defining requirements and specifications
- Experience in negotiating and coordinating with stakeholders
- Experience in software design/development

Preferred Experiences
Additional Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, managing, and directing large-scale web services or smartphone applications
- Knowledge and experience in offshore development
