As a Sr. HRBP for one of the company's business units, you'll serve as a strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR business partnering, with the ability to support and influence senior leadership.

Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support on various HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance organizational performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering insights and solutions to HR-related challenges.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
