As a TA you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities for Japan. You will also be providing guidance to your hiring managers and sharing best practices with your team.

- Working closely with hiring managers for recruitment activities from planning to on-boarding
- Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans
- Share market updates to hiring managers and team
- Help execute and analyze recruitment plan for Japan
- Internal and external stakeholder management
