[About us]
With the mission of contributing to society by creating jobs in the local community, we have developed and operated our own travel booking site "skyticket" where you can search and book cheap flights, hotels, etc.

Depending
on your experience, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Test planning and design for development projects
• Conduct quality verification tests on deliverables, decide whether to release them, and give instructions to the development team for improvements
• Selection of processes, techniques, and tools related to quality assurance across the entire group, including overseas subsidiaries, and planning and implementing test strategies on-site
• Identifying bottlenecks in quality improvement and considering/implementing ways to resolve them (improving the development process in cooperation with PM/PMO, etc.)

Annual salary: 5 million to 8 million yen

　Monthly salary: 416,000 yen to 666,000 yen
　(basic salary: 318,000 yen to 510,000 yen, including fixed overtime pay: 98,000 yen to 156,000 yen/month)

[Experience and skills required for application]
・Accurate communication in Japanese and English (both text and conversation are essential)
・Over 2 years of experience specializing in testing and quality control
・Web system or application testing experience
・Over 2 years of practical experience in quality analysis and quality control
・Over 1 year of practical experience in upstream testing processes such as test planning and estimation

・Experience in web system development (especially PHP is preferable)
・Experience in project management and process assessment
・Experience and knowledge of test automation
・Experience in building CI/CD using GitHub Actions, etc.
・JSTQB Foundation Level or higher certification
