Client Details

Our client is a Japanese company, rooted in one of the most prestigious Japanese universities, specializes in location information and technology. The company primarily serves government clients, accounting for the majority of its business. In addition to planning for a public offering by 2026, the company is also looking to establish foreign subsidiaries in the near future to expand its global presence. With its expansion, the company is aiming to expand their headcount to 100 by the end of the year with a current headcount of 80.

Description

• Implement a profit and loss management process tailored for each project to ensure financial accountability and performance tracking.
• Develop detailed budgets for each project, outlining expected costs and revenues to guide financial planning and resource allocation.
• Construct budget-to-actual comparisons for each project, regularly monitoring and analyzing variances between projected and actual financial performance.
• Operate ongoing budget-to-actual comparison processes, adjusting strategies and plans as needed to align with financial goals and project outcomes.
