The Role

• Establish annual goals and financial targets for assigned clients within the Mobile Network sector.
• Oversee the entire sales and business development process, from product development to generating sales opportunities, retaining profitable programs, and managing project deals to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new growth opportunities for assigned clients and accounts.
• Maintain client relationships and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and new technologies, and propose strategies to grow the business

our Skills

• Native Japanese & Business level English
• 5+ years in sales or business development, ideally within the Telco or Mobile sector.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, make sound judgments, and manage stakeholders.
