■事業管理
・年度予算の策定及びフォロー、損益実績分析及び報告
・本部内一般管理費・設備投資の策定及びフォロー
・アライアンス会議運営と活動推進
■GAS戦略
・本部戦略(中期・長期)の策定及びフォロー
・新車種立ち上げ準備業務の進捗管理及びフォロー
・本部会議の企画・運営
＜本部連絡会, 部長会, GASM(*), タウンホールMTG＞ *GASM: Global Aftersales Meeting
④本部内法規関係の問い合わせ対応、並びに実務部署へのアドバイザリー業務
