Job Description

As the first HR Manager in the business unit, this role is pivotal in aligning the company's HR initiatives and functions with business objectives. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of HR policies and programs.

Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing HR solutions to meet business needs.
  • Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
