JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
CSチームの運営：
- 業務分担、人事管理、チームビルディング、育成等
- レポート作成
- 日本向けの詳細レポートを定期的に作成
- 顧客からのクレームをまとめ、分析
- 取締役および日本の親会社と協力して、クレームへの対策を講じ
- 他部署との業務対応
- 契約、クレーム、輸出入等
- お客様向け新規ソフトウェアシステム導入支援
- 受注管理ソフトウェアの導入支援
- 導入後のサポート

- 管理スキル・コミュニケーションスキル
- 顧客対応可能・レーダーシップ（優先）
