資格

• 15年以上のIT経験と5年以上のテクニカルプロジェクトマネージメント経験。
• 移行プログラム、ワークロードやDBの移行方法/パターン、さまざまな移行ツール、Azureランディングゾーンなどの技術的なテーマについて、シニアテクニカルPMの立場で顧客と話をする能力。
• 顧客の利害関係者と緊密に連携し、複雑な移行を推進し、前進させるための意思決定を行い、確実に完了させる能力
• Linux、Windows、SQL、MYSQL、Postgres SQL、Cassendra(最低2つ)のオンプレムからAzureへの移行、または他のクラウドプラットフォームからAzureへの移行の経験/知識。
• Azureクラウド(必須)およびアドオンクラウド(AWS/GCP/Alibaba)の経験/知識(オプション)
• マイグレーションツール（Azure Migrate、ASRなど）の経験・知識、DBマイグレーション手法やツールの知識。
• 中国語（話す/書く）に堪能で英語力のある中国現地の人材を探しています。
• PMP資格は必須ではありません。

日本語：流暢な日本語能力試験N1必須、ビジネス英語レベル必須。

• Overall, 15 + years IT experience and 5+ years prior Technical Project Management experience in handling complex large migration programs with multiple customers for workload migration (Windows/Linux) and DB migrations.
• Ability to talk to customers in a capacity of a Sr. Technical PM about Migration program, technical subjects like Workload and DB migration methods /patterns, Different Migration tools, Azure landing Zone etc.
• Ability to work closely with client stakeholders and drive and the complex migrations, take decisions to move forward and thus ensure closure
• Experience / Knowledge on Linux /Windows /SQL, MYSQL, Postgres SQL, Cassendra (any 2 minimum) migrations from On-prem to Azure or from other cloud platforms to Azure.
• Experience/Knowledge on Azure cloud (Mandatory) and add on clouds (AWS/GCP/Alibaba) as optional.
• Experience/Knowledge on Migration Tools (Azure Migrate, ASR etc..). and different DB migration methods and Tools.
• Looking for China local resources with fluency in Mandarin language (speaking /writing) and good English language capability.
• Having PMP certification is an added advantage (Not mandatory).

Japanese Language : Fluent Japanese JLPT N1 required and Business English level required.
