ユーザー様からの問い合わせに、電話・メール・チャット・FAXでご対応いただくカスタマーサービスです。
問い合わせがあった際、一番最初にお客様のご対応を頂く最初のセクションをご担当いただきます。
問い合わせ内容といたしましては、予約の変更やキャンセル・スペシャルリクエスト等多岐にわたります。
研修や書類関連は英語となり、少数ですが英語でのお客様対応もお任せさせて頂きます。
