About the role:

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the region and ensuring the efficient management of financial resources. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and create financial models for business planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to support funding and investment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with a track record of financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
