POSITION SUMMARY:
Maximize market share and profitability working with sales manager
Pursue new business for new products and new applications in line with CS （Connection Systems） segment strategy and profitability targets
Support all projects and programs associated with Nissan other JOEMs and Tier1s in order to reach the above objectives from harness tier perspective.
Perform critical analysis for products that will drive value for our customers
Build SAP （Strategic Action Plan） and Budget data files including monitoring of JOEM car production figures
Build customer intimacy in collaboration with Global sales and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with major Japanese harness suppliers build strategies and develop strategies for expanding our business in Japan.
