【Financial Planning Analysis】
・ Collaborate with functional business leaders in the preparation and review of quarterly forecasts annual budgets and long range plans demonstrating act with urgency to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
・ Monthly forecast data submission and analysis applying a digitize everywhere possible approach to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
・ Collaborate with the commercial/wholesaler management team on monthly revenue tracking and selling price strategies embodying push past possible to optimize revenue generation.

【Financial Accounting Control】
・ Ensure accurate accounting records and timely transaction processing in close collaboration with the International Accounting function and the international Business Services Center （shared service）.
・ Review balance sheet reconciliations done by the shared service and verify payroll with managed service provider （MSP） maintaining a behave like owners commitment to accuracy and compliance.
・ Lead and manage the annual statutory audit process with external auditors promoting a question convention mindset to ensure robust financial controls.
・ Support local SOX control testing and internal audits and monitor internal controls continuously striving for push past possible to strengthen financial governance.

【Tax and Treasury】
・ Partner and external accounting firm to ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax matters such as Income Tax VAT/GST Fringe Benefits Duties etc.
・ Monitor monthly cash position with our Treasury function and banking partner as necessary demonstrating a pivot fearlessly approach to manage liquidity effectively.
・ Ensure all required company insurances are in place and current upholding behave like owners standards for risk management.
