• Experience of project management, working on several projects at once
• Knowledge of financial products and terms
• Highly motivated individual with a proven background of delivery
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels, internally and externally.

• Native level Japanese language is a must, and business level English language skills
