- Close communication with BA about LMS platform functional architecture and mapping to technical architecture
- Develop and document IT solution architectures, including system, application, and data architectures
- Finding the gaps between the LMS platform and the needs of the airline business requirements
- Setup interface specifications
- Identify and assess potential IT risks and develop mitigation strategies
