A hotel brand that offers compact, high-tech hotel rooms with over 20 locations worldwide is planning to start their operation in Japan and is looking for a Finance Director.

The Role

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the overall business objectives of the hotel in Japan
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budgets

Your Skills

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the hotel/hospitality industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a finance team
