ERPおよびSAPの専門知識： SAPモジュール（PP、SD、WH、MM）を活用し、マスターデータのセットアップとメンテナンスを管理し、正確なMRPの実行と在庫管理を行う。
- 生産計画： マスター生産計画（MPS）を推進し、顧客の要求と生産能力を一致させ、組立、塗装工場、ガラスライン、アクチュエーター、成形部門全体の円滑なオペレーションを確保する。
- 在庫管理： 在庫レベルを監視し、継続的な改善戦略を実施することで、在庫回転率を最適化し、陳腐化を最小限に抑える。
- サプライヤーの調整： 調達部門と協力し、供給リスクの予測、重要部品の迅速化、フェーズインおよびフェーズアウトプロジェクトの効果的な管理を行う。
- ロジスティクスと倉庫管理 倉庫業務を監督し、需要予測に基づいて生産への原材料の供給を管理し、効率的な資材の流れを確保する。
- パフォーマンス分析： 生産能力分析を実施し、生産能力利用計画および拡張の意思決定のために経営幹部に洞察を提供する。
- プロセス改善： 段取り替え時間の短縮、成形および塗装工場業務の効率化、顧客納期遵守のためのプランニング戦略の策定を主導する。
- 財務管理： 債務者を管理し、生産能力、原材料調達、物流コストの年間予算編成に貢献する。

ERP and SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP modules (PP, SD, WH, MM) to manage master data setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate MRP execution and inventory control.
•    Production Planning: Drive master production planning (MPS) to align with customer demands and manufacturing capacity, ensuring smooth operations across assembly, paint shop, glass line, actuator, and molding departments.
•    Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence.
•    Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with procurement to anticipate supply risks, expedite critical components, and manage phase-in and phase-out projects effectively.
•    Logistics and Warehousing: Oversee warehouse operations and control raw material issuance to production based on demand forecasts, ensuring efficient material flow.
•    Performance Analysis: Conduct capacity analysis and provide insights to senior management for capacity utilization planning and expansion decisions.
•    Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to reduce changeover times, improve efficiency in molding and paint shop operations, and develop planning strategies to meet customer delivery deadlines.
•    Financial Management: Control debtors and contribute to annual budgeting for capacity, raw material procurement, and logistics costs.

- プロセス改善を推進し、サプライチェーンパフォーマンスを最適化する能力を有する強力な分析スキル。
- 部門間や外部サプライヤーとの調整を行う優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル。

•    Minimum 12 years of total Experience
•    Proven experience in SAP modules (PP, SD, WH, MM) and ERP systems.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain performance.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments and with external suppliers.
