• 顧客、IBSサービスデリバリーチーム、他の下請け業者、グループとの調整および連携
• 英語および日本語でのドキュメント作成
• 会議サポート
• テスト（テストケース、テストシナリオ、テスト実行）
• 上記に関連する翻訳/通訳およびドキュメント作成
• 顧客との関係を維持・発展させるために、適切な提案と倫理的な営業方法を用い、社内の関係者と連携し、サービスの質、ビジネスの成長、顧客満足度の最適化
• 会社から随時割り当てられる上記に関連するその他の業務

• Interact and co-ordinate with Customer, IBS Service Delivery team, other subcontractors and groups.

• Documentation Creation in both English and Japanese

• Meeting support

• Testing (i.e. Test case, Test scenario, Test execution)

• Translation/interpretation and documentation as part of the above

• Maintain and develop the client relationship through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

• Any other relevant tasks in relation to the above as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

• 現在日本に在住しており、東京オフィスでの対面面接が可能な方
• ビジネスアナリストとして最低2年の経験（航空/旅行関連分野が望ましい）
• 日本語ネイティブ
• 実績のある成功の経歴
• 日本語と英語に堪能であること（TOEIC 850点以上が望ましい）
• チームや顧客との積極的なコミュニケーション能力

• Currently reside in Japan and can have face to face interviews at Tokyo Office

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst IT systems, preferably Airline/Travel related area.

• Native Japanese

• A proven, successful track record.

• Good command of Japanese and English (preferably TOEIC 850 or above)

• Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively.
