Responsibilities:
- Looking for 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Monitoring, 1st level troubleshooting of LAN / WAN networks
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems affecting network infrastructure.
- Experience in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP etc
- Sufficient knowledge in Routing & switching concepts
- Preference will be given to those who have handled IP Networks in a Telecom / Cellular environment.
- written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ready to work in 24* 7 environment (rotational shift)
- Candidate with NOC experience are preferred.

- Customer Support/Managed Services Experience
- Need voice candidates having exposure into Problem Management.
- Proficient with technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Multi Services, Gateways, Cisco Unity Connection, Telepresence, Jabber, Cisco Unified Presence.
- IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different Codecs
- Flexibility in working hours as some migrations will require weekend and after hours’ work.
- IP Multimedia subsystem ( IMS )
- Rich Communication systems (RCS )
- Messaging - SMSC .

Assume complete ownership with regards to the engagement with client and stakeholders
The shift of work for the resources will change on a monthly basis, in between, Morning ( 8:00 to 17:00) Evening ( 16:00 to 1:00 ) and Night ( 23:00 – 8:00)
