【必要条件】
■英語日常会話レベル以上（社内コミュニケーション）
■金型部門にて部下の管理経験が有る事
■駐在に切り替えの可能性があるため、日本、タイ、インドの3か国で異動が発生する事を承諾頂ける方
■射出成形又はﾀﾞｲｶｽﾄ型の金型製作経験が有る事
【仕事内容】
金型部門マネージャーとして下記ご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・新規・更新金型の製作と工程管理
・部門内の人員管理、残業管理
・金型の修理保全及び定期メンテナンス
・部門内方針管理活動
・購入品管理
・部門内教育管理
・金型フィッティング、組み立て調整等々
・改善・効率化の推進
