• Bachelor's degree or higher with advanced proficiency in English and Japanese.
• 5+ years of E-commerce experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Solid experience in managing complex systems environment and P&L responsibility.
• Experience with Salesforce systems and third-party platforms.
