Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct finance personnel, overseeing HR matters, performance appraisals, and professional development
• Support revenue, contract, and project reporting and forecasting for business units, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Act as a strategic financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing analysis and action plans to achieve corporate goals
• Provide guidance and support to Business Unit Controllers, ensuring policy compliance and financial accuracy
• Oversee project financials, ensuring GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and profitability assessment
• Review Business Unit Profit & Loss Statements, identifying trends and advising on performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting requirements and support annual budgeting processes
• Lead financial negotiations and support contract proposals to meet corporate financial goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 10 years of progressive financial experience in a Contract Research Organisation or pharmaceutical environment
• Proficient in accounting software packages, particularly Oracle Finance
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English
