JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in all stages of software development, from design to implementation. 
- Stay current with in-demand technologies like blockchain, machine learning, and AWS cloud infrastructure. 
- Analyze requirements directly throughout Japanese documents.  
- Support Japanese communication happening in the project.  
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 
- Embrace continuous learning and explore new technical frontiers. 
- Develop and review technical documents.  
- Verify the system before delivery.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Japanese (4 skills) 
- Experience using PHP, Laravel, and Java Script; 
- Good to have: have experience developing smartphone apps 
- Good at logical thinking and analysis.  
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in the business domain, software engineering, and language).  
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
