Mission:
Supply Chain Manager to ensure the new Regional Supply Chain organization is meeting the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC's (Customer Center). Managing the Supply Chain Operations Center and team members. Responsible for staffing, following-up, report and improve Supply Chain performance related to the SCOC operational performance. Be a positive leader committed to transforming Supply Chain into a competitive advantage for Epiroc and our valued customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and development of the centralized Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) structure for identified CC’s (Customer Center).
• Manage the Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) with employees located in identified CC's.
• Support identified CC's by following logistics principles, policies, and processes of the new Supply Chain organization.
• Demonstrates by performance of the Top KPIs:Availability, Transportation cost, Obsolescence, and Inventory COGS %
• Support Regional Import/Export Manager to ensure daily import/export operations in the SCOC region is performed in compliance with applicable trade laws and regulations.
• Raise compliance risks and concerns to Regional Import/Export Manager, enabling corrective measures to be implemented.
• Close collaboration together with regional peers’ functions to secure monitoring and improvement activities where needed.
• Establish communication forums to connect to CC stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and expeditiously both internally and externally in order to keep your team well informed and up to date in all areas of concern.
• Be an active contributor in evaluating and executing the new Supply Chain strategy.

SCOC Manager is responsible for

• Inbound Replenishment
• Supply Chain Specialist
• Transport
• Warehouse Management

Requirements;
*Japanese and English language proficiencies are a MUST.

• Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Management(not staff) Experience
• Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset.
• Good understanding of the ERP system landscape.
• Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed.
• Thorough understanding of supply chain processes.
• Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes.
• Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance
• Additional Languages are preferred.

Work from home: available(up to 3 days per week)
Compensation: up to 10 million including bonus + defined contribution pension plan)
Report to: Supply change manager, North East Asia
Team-set up: two subordinates
